Thank you for your interest in Tom Beck's Drums and Percussion School. The school is aimed at everyone who appreciates quality, competence and a top infrastructure at a fair price-performance ratio.
Since 1993, Tom Beck has been running the drum and percussion school of the same nametunaandBern. Beginners are just as welcome at Tom Beck as professionally ambitious musicians. The students receive sound instrumental training so that they can later master a wide range of styles.
In addition to qualified and committed teachers, the most modern instruments, the central location and the top equipment of the teaching studios make the drum school unique! Our school guarantees quality teaching and is known for the high level of its students.
Instruction
Great value is placed on the individual support of the students. Tom Beck has developed his own teaching concept through many years of experience, which has proven itself extremely well in the classroom. The teaching methods are very practice-oriented, meaningful and always up to date, since our teachers work for national and international bands and orchestras.
The use of special music CDs (play-alongs) promotes playing feel and musicality.
Early musical support is also a very central topic in Tom Beck's school. Abilities and skills in the psychomotor area can be created or promoted at the earliest stages of development and are also useful for other areas of life. Only specialists are employed for this area.
Our school year includes 36 individual lessons of 30 minutes each. The school year begins on August 1st and ends on July 31st. It's in one in onespring semester(February 1 to July 31) and afall semester(August 1st to January 31st).

Richard ist in England geboren aufgewachsen und wohnt seit 2008 mit seiner Frau und zwei Kindern in der Schweiz. Bands: Philipp Fankhauser, Dominic Schuemaker, Aynsley Lister u.v.a.

Daniel Germiquet "Le Welsch" ist aus Biel und der Jüngste in unserem Team. Er studiert zur Zeit an der Swiss Jazz School in Bern.
